Establishing contact with homeowner
to advise via telephone of potential liabilities and responsibilities.

Contact with borrower via
registered, certified mail of potential liabilities and responsibilities
in leaving home in original condition

Schedule a time to meet borrower at
property location upon surrenduring property or shortly there after for
a brief inspection and photographic inventory. At that time we will
advise borrower of responsibilities and ask they sign our Receivership
Form that attests to the fact that they will NOT damage or remove
property.

If in the event items are removed or
damaged and Receivership form is not completed Equicore's Field Service
team will work with local law enforcement agencies to file a Police
Report on behalf of lender to aid in recovery through any court process.

Inventory of damaged or missing
property will be photographically recorded and provided to lender.

Detail of repairs deemed necessary -
contract needed repairs so home is deemed FHA saleable.
