services to lenders and managing agency's. We have seen the large time
loss on the part of these organizations having to micromanage each
portion of the preservation services. We have answered this call with
our tier based pricing structure. This allows us to manage the process
in its entirety for our clients and not needing involvement at every
step. From pre receivership equity securing through to complete clean up
and REO services Equicore is a nationwide leader. We currently
perform quality work for Fannie Mae, Morequity, Ocwen, as well as
private banks and preservation firms.
All of our services are provided by

based on 1200 sq ft property. Prices subject to adjustment for larger
properties.
Bronze Level Security Services:

Removal of all Hazmat debris
threatening the property i.e. Food, Chemicals, Paints, etc

Complete Winterization per HUD Specs
of one heating unit and one system. Includes drainage of wet systems,
water shut off, clearing of lines with compressed air and pressure
check, Propylene Glycol into all Traps, Sinks, Toilets, and Basins.
Securing of all toilets drained, taped, and notices applied. Fixtures
also all taped closed with notices applied. Electrical systems shut down
as well.
