Equicore's Services are tailored to provide the simplest path for both borrower and lender during the foreclosure process. Our goal is a seamless receivership transaction protecting the borrower from future liability while maintaining and preserving the lenders equity of the property.

Equicore specializes in providing our clients with professional high quality tailored services to ensure their property is in the best condition for their future Real Estate Offering.  Equicores' approach has two sides. The first to minimize damages to property by working with the borrower to help them understand their responsibilities. The second are services "after the fact" that will prepare a damaged property for resale.

Equity Preservation Services normally consist of the following:

  • Establishing contact with homeowner to advise via telephone of potential liabilities and responsibilities.

  • Contact with borrower via registered, certified mail of potential liabilities and responsibilities in leaving home in original condition

  • Schedule a time to meet borrower at property location upon surrenduring property or shortly there after for a brief inspection and photographic inventory. At that time we will advise borrower of responsibilities and ask they sign our Receivership Form that attests to the fact that they will NOT damage or remove property.

  • If in the event items are removed or damaged and Receivership form is not completed Equicore's Field Service team will work with local law enforcement agencies to file a Police Report on behalf of lender to aid in recovery through any court process.

  • Inventory of damaged or missing property will be photographically recorded and provided to lender.

  • Detail of repairs deemed necessary - contract needed repairs so home is deemed FHA saleable.

Beyond our mitigation services scope, some of our value added nationwide services include:

  • Coordination of Lock Changes

  • Interior and Exterior Cleanup

  • Foreclosure Clean up and make ready services by professional, licensed, and insured contractors

  • Quality Control Inspections after repairs

  • Photos of all services upon completion as well as submission of any permits, paperwork, etc

  • Winterization Services for property
